![]() I understand they were busy and their in house gunsmith was no longer with them, they were using an outside company for a gunsmith but they had no answers for me when i asked why i wasnt at the very least given price quotes for a new barrel and recoil spring. I was told they smoothed out the feed ramp of a barrel i wanted replaced. Got fed up and picked it up Friday June 28th. I waited till the 7th week and was told same thing again. I called after 4 weeks and they hadnt touched it, i was told I would get a call by the end of the week. I was told it would be 3 weeks before they can look at it. ![]() I was asked if it had any problems, i told them it feed jams at times when slightly dirty. I wanted a Wilson Combat barrel and a flat wire recoil spring. I anticipate copper custom being around for quite some time with bigger and better things to come if they continue doing what they're doing. ![]() I will definitely make the drive sooner or later anyhow. ![]() I wish these guys weren't 4 hours away but that's probably a blessing in disguise. It would also be nice if the mobile version of the website functioned 100%, could not complete the order process online, however, as I said before, the customer service experience over the phone was top notch, so not a huge issue. (I would say it was in 'good' condition, not 'very good') But my pickiness aside, the rifle has functioned flawlessly which is far more important to me than having a few more blemishes than expected. The rifle was delivered as advertised more or less, I was just expecting better. I was SLIGHTLY disappointed with the overall condition of the rifle I received as I felt it wasn't quite in good of condition as portrayed in both photos and over the phone, however I was well aware before purchasing that I was buying a used firearm sight unseen and I can be rather particular, so I don't hold my high expectations against these guys. My purchase shipped quickly and without issue. They were very helpful over the phone, being my first online/out of state purchase, I called multiple times with questions and was treated with the upmost professionalism, all my questions were answered and was walked through the transfer process without feeling like I was being a nuisance.
